Refund policy

At Bohomix, we inspect every piece with care before it reaches you - because we believe elegance starts with trust.

We design for women who value quality, fit and confidence. And your satisfaction is always part of the design.

Eligibility:

  • Refunds or exchanges are available within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original, sealed condition.

Process:

  • To request a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team or email us (mfarouk985@gmail.com) within the specified time frame.
  • An additional shipping fee will apply for the courier service to collect the items back.

To request a return in these cases:

You must report the issue on the same day of delivery.

The item must be:

  • Unworn.
  • Unwashed.
  • In original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Geographical Limitations:

  • This policy is applicable only to orders delivered within Cairo.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders delivered to other states or governments. 
  • NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR WHITE/ OFF WHITE ITEMS / SENSITIVE MATERIALS.
